Schwartkopf (Purple Rose?)

I recently picked up a plant called a Schwartzkopf (sp) and would like
to know nore about it. I know very little about plants and have found
no references describing it and its care. Its about stem is
about 75 mm high with dark purple petals. No one seems to know
anything about it. I think it's a succulent
