Herb: Euphorbia Heterodoxa

Hello everyone.  I am searching for information on the herb "Euphorbia 
Heterodoxa" a.k.a:  Killwort, Aveloz, or Latin American Plant Milk.  I 
would greatly appreciate any information any of you might have as well as 
a mail order source if one exits.  If you can help me, thank you in 
advance :)
