Saracenia Purpurea, or Pitcher Plants

Does anyone know if proteinaceous enzymes which enable the insectivorous process in these plans have been subjected to current & complete methods of chemical analysis, and where might I obtain the results?

If yes, have any of these enzymes been synthesized in the lab? Where? When? and by Whom? Or where can I find out about the progress of, or the outcome of any attempt to do so?

I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks
