T/C of Corn Endosperm Cells (And wild rice/Zinania?)?

I need to make tissue cultures of corn endosperm cells (and wild rice/
Zizania).  Any suggestions on where I might find this info?  Have you
personally done it?  Any advice!   I am familiar with fungus culture
techniques.  Similiar/different??
