chilean honeysuckle

Hello.

I am looking for the scientific name of chilean honeysuckle.  As I 
understand it, the name is refers to a euphorb, not a member of the 
caper family like japanese honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica).

Since I do not frequent this newsgroup very much. I would appreciate
