Looking for Good books on Ferns and Fern Allies

I am searching for books containing growing information for ferns and
fern allies such as Selaginella.  One title I have been given is out
of print - "Fern Grower's Manual" by Barbara J. Hoshicaki.   If anyone
knows where I might find this book or others like it, please let me
know!
