rolC gene

Dear friends:

A friend ask about the consequnce of introducing the rolC gene of Agro. 
rhiz. I look at the Plant Mol. Biol. Rep. 8(3). In the content page, it 
says the gene was described on page 191. However, I could not find any 
article starting from this page. Does anyone know the reference of 
transgenic plants with rolC gene and lead to dwarfing? I appreciate your 
help.
