Need Help in locating

I have an area that is clay and low lying. Consequently the soil is wet
most of the year. To compound the issue, it is also in a sunny location.
I have heard (Victory Garden) of a plant called a "Bog Rosemary" that is
supposed to be a good plant for wet sunny locations. Does anyone know
where I can find and purchase this plant??
