I thought that this theory had been debunked. There are two many arguments
against recapitulated phylogeny. Creationists have had a field day with
this theory. I suggest that you try an approach that is a little less
tenuos and more arguable and testable.
On 2 Dec 1996 he wrote the following:
Mammalian embryos undergo recapitulation of phylogeny (e.g devlopment of
vestigial gills...temporarily) during development.
Has anyone studied this during plant embryogenesis?
Any ideas?
