I recently transplanted my thriving jade plant. All of the dirt came out with the roots so I thought it would be fine. Not so. The stalk comes straight out of the soilbut the rest of the plant has recently proceded to bend over to such an extent that the top of the plant is almost pointing down. I am confused and concerned.
