Help requested on getting info on olives

G'day,

Am trying to find out lots of info on the international olive market to 
see how feasable an olive farm would be. Can anyone suggest where 
information to answer the following sorts of questions can be found?

- the sale price of the pressed oil on the world market? (for world read
	SE Asia/NZ/Australia)

- what are the other olive growing regions, and what is their output in 
	terms of quantity and quality?

- what are the climatic and soil conditions for the other regions, and
	what type of olive tree (ie species) is grown?
