American Ginseg = Panax quinquefolius Wild Cherry = Prunus spp. there are numerous species of Prunus that are called cherries, the great Appalachian wild cherry that provides wonderful cabinet woods is P. serotina. Yellow Dock = just a guess, but most things I know called dock are in the genus Rumex where there are very many species.
