Watering, Feeding & Pruning Schedules for Orchids

I have recently started to grow and orchid.  This is my first one.  It 
already has some flowers on two of three stocks.  If anyone has 
recommendations on:

1.  How often to water.
2.  How often to feed and how much.
3.  After the flowers drop, should I cut off the stem back.

or know where I can find such info.  I am currently using 1/2 tsp orchid 
food in water and watering about twice a week.  The plant is located 
indoors in bright but indirect sunlight.
