Hydroponic Roses

I am looking for someone who grows roses hydroponically in the area of 
Sacramento, California.  We want to have a rose display at this years 
California State Fair and our previous grower backed out....so we are in 
need of a new contact.  The fair runs August 16-September 2.  

Any and all help would be appreciated.
