I'm trying to get info on the meaning of a disarmed Ti plasmid of A. tumefaciens of strain C58 Z707::GG, Kan50, gent 60. Any help regarding characteristics of this particular strain and what part of the Ti plasmid renders it disarmed would be appreciated.
