Autoclavable/microvented transparent bags for plant tissue culture-samples

I wonder how important is a "breathing filter" installed  in tissue 
culture  bags. Obviously roasting type of bags do not allow "breathing".
Do you know what would be some convenient sizes usable for tissue 
cultures. Under what circumstances is gas transmission an advantage ?

If sealing is necessary when using UNICORNbags, one can also use rubber 
band tying twist down and tye again to have a leak proof seal. Otherwise 
if you have a impulse sealing machine, that would be perfect. Thanks
