Question from new member

To All Plant People,

I am a new member of this group.  I am a high school science teacher. 
One of my students is doing a science project related to plant
transpiration.  He is looking for a plant that exhibits a very high rate
and output of transpiration that can be kept in a lab and that can be
grown in a 4 to 8 inch pot.  Does anyone have any suggestions.
