Another plea for help !!!

I recently posted an article asking for help in finding barley pedigree 
information. Thanks to everyone who replied, you were all complete stars.
However, I still need more help.  I can find loads of info regarding 
North Americam barley cultivars, but I just can't find the European 
cultivars. 

Can ANYONE offer ANY information ?   I need a web site, a research paper, 
a book, a database, even just a contact name and address. I need this 
info to include in my project report.
