Can anyone let me know what happens to herbaceous plants, i.e. plants that die down in the 'winter', in the tropics? Do these plants need an enforced rest wherever they grow, or is their behaviour climate based? With thanks for any replies Sara Maltby doscombe at zetnet.co.uk
