Application notes on respirometery of living organisms

I collected a number of published papers and application notes from
different fields of biology in which researches used Columbus Instruments’
"Micro-Oxymax" Respirometer to Measure O2 consumption and CO2 production.
For example following subjects are described:

In dermatology:
Cutaneous Respiration, effects of cosmetics on the rate of diffusion of O2
and CO2.
In entomology: Respiration Of A Fly Larva (Sarcopaga Crassipalpis).
In food science: Detection Of Bacillus Cereus T In Milk,
   Mold Growth In Chicken Feed,
Respiration Of A Fertile Chicken Egg.
  Yeast contamination in fruit juice
In bioremediation field: Replacing Sturm Test (OECD-301-B) By CO2
Respirometry,
   Treatment Creosote Contaminated Soil.
In agriculture: Respiration And Physiochemical Changes Of Harvested Olive
Fruits,
Oxygen Consumption Of Potato (bruised and non bruised), Oxidation Of
Coffee
