Subterranean orhids..........

In Europe several non chlorphyllian orchids can be found (they are rare) 
They are :
Limodorum abortivum
Corallorhiza innata/Corallorhiza trifida
Epipogium Gmelini/Epipogium aphyllum
Neottia Nidus-avis

As far as I know, Rhizanthella is not a european species. I have never 
heard nor read of any one growing them.
