[Q]: PCR primers for detection of CaMV, HPT, NPTII seq.

Dear Netters,

could anybody share with me his/her experience with PCR detection of
transformed Arabidopsis plants by detection of:
1.
CaMV promoter sequence
2.
CaMV enhancer region of CaMV promoter
3.
neomycine phosphotransferase II gene
4.
hygromycine phosphotransferase gene

I would much appreciate primer sequence and size of PCR amplified
product.
Also any WWW or e-mail contact related is appreciated much.
