I am a sixth year pupil taking CSYS biology. For my project I am studying the effect of ethene on ripening bananas in regards to colour change, hardness and also the effect on the concentration of reducing sugars in bananas as the ripening process continues, however I am unsure as how to measure this measure this, iwould be grateful for any help.
