Root protoplasts (help).

We are currentlt trying to derive protoplasts from avocado roots.  We hav tried
high doses of Macerase and Cellulase (0.1%).  We have also searched the
literature for protocols, but none were found.  If any one is aware of a
protocol for culturing protoplasts from roots we would greatly appreciate it.
