A POSTDOCTORAL POSITION funded by the EU is available to investigate the

role of potassium channels in plants.

Research will include characterization of cloned channels in expression

systems and in protoplasts by electrophysiological methods. Regulation

by phosphorylation and/or redox context will be investigated. Experience

in plant membrane transport is appreciated and experience in

electrophysiological techniques INCLUDIND SINGLE CHANNEL RECORDING is

indispensable. Annual salaries of 120.000-150.000 FF for 12 to 30
