Sago Palm Disease - Please Help!

I live in South Florida and have two small Sago palms.  One of the
palms started getting little white spots (as if spray-painted with
white paint), and all the leaves dried up and turned yellow.  The
other one is still green, but is now showing the white spots.  

Does anyone know what the problem with these trees is?  If so, what
can I do to stop the disease.  Your responses will be most
appreciated.
