I have dug-up a number of elephant garlic from my garden hoping to
plant them in the midst of flower beds close to the house. They are dry
and look good. Question is: plant the cloves now before winter freeze
or keep them in the basement for spring planting. BTW besides creating
a beautiful flower in late summer, this garlic is very mild and edible.
Thanks.........:) Micro
