Post-doc for eastern Europe nationals

Postdoctoral grants (6-12 months) are available for plant physiologists
from Central and Eastern Europe, to work in the laboratory of Plant
Physiology at the University of Liege, Belgium (prof. Georges Bernier).

Research topics are: 1) genes of floral evocation in Sinapis alba; 2)
screening for morphogenetic mutants in Arabidopsis.

Selection of candidates will be at the end of january 1998 and the
fellowship should start within one year after selection. Fellowships
comprise a monthly allowance of 50000 belgian franks (approx. 1400 $) +
travel expenses and insurances.
