Hi, 

I need some tips for getting super clean DNA for my genomic library.
Been having some trouble with the purity and yield. I am currently using
CTAB for the extraction. I have tried also CsCl gradient but there is
something fluffy floating about in the tube even after I spin it for 18
hours at 90,000 rpm. Please help. Thanks.
