Herbs with mild testosterone effect

I found out that LIGNANS from flexseed  has estrogenic effect and binds
with estrogen receptor. It should be the testosterone equivalence of
LIGNAN that I am looking for. Any herbs that contain this equivalence
will have testosterone-like effect with much much less potency
