Hello.. hope this message beolongs here. I am a graduate student working on Aquired disease resistance in plants. I am trying to see if I can get my hands on a staining procedure for Lipoxygenase and glucanases in a electrophoresis gel. Does anybody know of such precedure, references, ideas, links? Thanks... Luis
