[Serratia Marcescens]

Hi!

I need some info on the best methods for storing pollen (short term). 
The pollen is from a forest tree species. Preferably without the use of 
vacuum or liquid nitrogen since these are unavailable. Also I would like 
to know about determining stigma receptivity and pollen viability. What 
is the simplest method that wouldn't require a UV microscope. Thanks in 
advance.
