I would be grateful for any information on Yew trees for a lab project that I am currently doing on Isoperoxidase activity in Yew trees. I need information on how the tree is pollinated and the level of ploidy that this species posesses. I could also do with some info on the comparison of isozymes as maekers with RFLP's, RADP's and microsattelites. Nick Giles
