This bird is may be unfamiliar to some of you. It is related to the Bar-Tailed 
Godwit but, as you would expect from its name, is not as shy. The AF lives on 
the edge of human colonies, where it can be seen pecking at the nerve endings 
of people of little patience and impaired vocabulary. Although regarded as a 
parasite by some, it in fact does a useful job in raising blood pressure and 
hormone levels in its vicinity.
