new retention pond

 I have  a  large  retention  pond in   north  florida . i  have  just  did
some  extesive  lanscaping  around  it   including  bald  cypress river
birch  live  oaks  weeping  willows
 I am  paused  in  the   develop ment   wile  i  kill  any  torpedo  grass
thats  left and git  rid  of  those  damn  cat tails  almost  all
eliminated    cept  a   few  seedling  coming  back .
 i have  plans  to   do  perimiter  plantings and some   lillys  and
oxiginaters
I plan  to  use   giant bulrush , cannas,  blue pickrle, duck potato,  wich
i can  colect  from  other  ponds  but  i really need   some  input  on
suppliers and  the  introduction  of  fish .
any sugestions
