Azelea help

I'm hoping someone can give me some tips on nursing a sick Azelea back to
health.  It was hit with a powder fungus and I have that cleared up, but it
killed off 2 of the three stems of the plant.  Its looking much better now,
but still looks a little sickly.  It put up 2 new branches and is getting
some blossoms, but only two blossoms at a time.  Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.
