The second circular for the 5th International Conference on

"Plasma Membrane Redox Systems and Their Role in Biological Stress and 
Disease"

march 26th-29th, 2000 in Hamburg, Germany is available.

The topics of this conference will include the function of plasma membrane 
bound redox processes in cellular defense mechanisms, apoptosis, redox status dependent 
regulation, signalling and oxidative stress. Both animal and plant plasma membranes will 
be covered.
