Help needed on Die-back in Horticulture

Hello everybody!
I am Dr Abhay Shendye working on various aspects of agriculture and =
biotechnology in India.
Lots of farms around us growing mainly horticultural plants are affected =
by dei-bach disease just during the fruiit set season.
The plants are being killed in a very large number and so far there is =
no successful solution to the problem.
We have tried to analyse the problem within our limits and find that =
some insects along with saprophytic fungi are very common on diseased =
plants. The death seems to be due to the toxins of the fungi.
I now need some expert guidance to control this disease.
