Problems with new palm.. Suggestions?

I forgot to mention that the window is south-facing, with quite alot
of direct and indirect sunlight...  Most of my other plants (Mainly
the Rubber Plant and Yucca in the solarium as well) thrive on the
direct sunlight, so I try to maximize it as much as I can...
