New Anaconda Identifies Potential User for Liquid By-Products 
Produced By 'W.O.R.S.' Process 

SALT LAKE CITY, June 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The New Anaconda Company (OTC: NANA), a chemical engineering, mining & mineral production company, with mineral holdings in Montana, California, and Arizona, production facilities in Texas and administrative offices in London, England and Salt Lake City, Utah, has identified a potential user of the liquid byproducts produced by the new Waste Oxide Recovery System ("W.O.R.S.") technology. The salt solutions produced by the process have been identified as a potential fertilizer base to which additional minerals and nutrients will be added. 

The proposed location of the Company's main production plant is in the immediate vicinity of a fertilizer manufacturer and discussions are being initiated to determine the basis for a joint venture to be entered into for the Company to supply the liquid byproducts by direct pumping to the adjacent facility. 

This is a further step to the world-wide use of the W.O.R.S. technology and the commercial uses which will benefit both the Company and the environment.
