I'm working in my Ph D about Silene diclinis (Lag.) Laínz
(Caryophylaceae). S. diclinis is a plant that every summer loss all the
leaves but survives in the root (hemicriptophyte). So all the dead
leaves remain for some time above the living roots of the plant. Does it
help you? I hope so.
Regards,
Daniel
