Hello,
I am curious to know the state of the art of the directed mutagenesis
in th ecase of the plants (nucleus but also mitochondria and
chloroplasts)...
I was told of a PNAS paper about the first success of directed
mutagenesis in the case of a nuclear gene. It looks thus to be the
very first premises of directed mutagenesis of the nuclear genes.
But what happens with mitochondria and choloroplasts?
At the contrary, is directed mutagenesis available for nuclear and
mitochondrial genomes of animals?
Thanks for your help
Sincerely yours
Dr. Yves Bertheau
