Copy number of several genes

Hello,

1. I am looking for informations (low / high, variable / constant
number among cultivars...) about the number of copy numbers
of 

maize: invertase and alcohol dehydrogenase
soybean: lectin, protease inhibitor

2. More generally speaking which might be the gene(s) you recommend to
assess and quantify the presence of the following  plants:

- maize / corn
- soybean
- rapeseed / canola
- tomato
- sugar beet
