Identify this Umbeliferae

Hello,

Today I was walking around in a semi-wild place and I found a huge
Umbeliferae. Its leaves are about 1 meter in width and even more in length,
and they are very, very finely divided. The flower spike can grow up to 2,5
meters tall, and it's very thick, robust and upright. The seeds look like

Does anyone have an idea of what can it be? I think it was introduced, as
I've never seen it in the wild here in Portugal, except in this place.
