Indoor flowering can be difficult to achieve with any plant you choose,
but here's some ideas for you.
Cyclamen (Cyclamen persicum: hybr) have a nice scent and are readily
available at most supermarkets. Whatever you do, don't overwater!
Cape Jasmine Gardenias (Gardenia jasminoides) have a strongly scented
flower, and good luck finding it!
White Sails (Spathiphyllum wallisii) is another common houseplant with a
nice scent. You can probably find it at any nursery that sells
houseplants.
If you know very little about plants I would suggest that you get a nice
foliage plant. There are thousands to choose from ad a lot of them are
hard to kill! Just ask my Philodendron!
