Every plant is phototrophic (follows the light source). Some are very active
about it, and some are slow.
Sunflowers just do it more, and faster, and they include the inflorescence.
Most plants are too slow to follow the sun on a daily basis, but they all do
actively respond to light, and WILL grow toward it.
