The Centre de recherche et de développement en agriculture (Québec, Canada)
is realising a study on the economical potential of five native fruits
species.
The species on study are saskatoon berry (Amelanchier alnifolia),
chokecherry (Prunus virginiana), lingonberry (Vaccinium vitis-idae),
Squashberry (Viburnum trilobum Marsh) and hazelnut (Corylus cornuta Marsh).
The goal of this market study is to find business opportunities or partners
(sector of food, agronomy, cosmetic, pharmaceutic and nutraceutic). We
