HELP with my pepper plants

Hi all,

Can someone tell me what is wrong with my pepper plants and what I can
do about it?

They have something that is affecting their leaves that leaves a little
trail in the leaf.  I have included an address to a page that has a
picture of one of the affected leaves.  I have five potted pepper plants
and they all have leaves like this.  Other than this, the plants are in
good shape, and make lots of spicy peppers.  I live in New Orleans,
Louisiana, USA.
