Yellow Chrysanthemums

Hi,
I have a Yellow Chrysanthemum plant and I can't seem to keep it alive. I
water it and it gets a bit of light. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment
building that gets very little light during the day.
I've heard that Chrysanthemums are very picky plants. Does anyone have any
advise on how to care for these plants? Do I need to get some kind of
fertilizer for it? Are they hard to keep alive during the winter?

Any kind of advise will be helpful.
