UK CropNet
----------
A collection of 31 plant-related databases, ranging from model organisms
such as Arabdidopsis, Rice, Maize to other commerically important crops
(Barley, Cassava etc.)
All 31 databases can be searched at the same time by going to:
http://ukcrop.net/perl/ace/mgrep
All databases that contain sequences can be searched using the BLAST
algorithm by going to:
http://ukcrop.net/perl/ace/ncbi_blast
The blast databases are updated nightly.
